A digital printed paper carrier is fitted exactly between the surface and foam.
The printing process only allows the printing of CMYK- colours. Because a lot of heat occurs during the process, the paper carrier has to be about 2.5 mm less in size than the mouse pad. The underlying foam can be seen through this edge. The foam can be black or white as desired. DIGI-pad is produced with a surface thickness of 0,5 mm only. The total thickness of the whole product with foam and paper carrier is then 1.7 mm.

precision surface made of transparent speed-top in thicknesses of 0,4 mm. For the precise operation of the pc-mouse, speed-top is provided with a special easy to clean micro raster.   DIGI-pad INSERT The insert with your motive, which must be 2.5mm smaller than the mousepad, is welded between the surface and the foam.   super cling foam Slide-stop thickness about 1.2mm.
